Influencer Partnership Requirements

To ensure a successful collaboration, selected influencers are asked to meet the following expectations:

Content & Promotion

• Create and share promotional content leading up to Anime Conclave (examples: posts, reels, TikToks, or videos)

• Post real-time content during the convention showcasing your experience

• Highlight key aspects of the event such as cosplay, panels, vendors, and community moments

Engagement & Brand Alignment

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and community-focused presence

• Engage with your audience and encourage attendance and participation

• Represent Anime Conclave in a professional and respectful manner

On-Site Participation

• Attend both days of the convention with VIP access

• Be open to participating in optional programming such as meetups, panels, or hosted activities (when applicable)

Collaboration Deliverables

• Submit agreed-upon content within the provided timeline

• Tag Anime Conclave in all relevant posts and use designated hashtags

• Provide any requested media (photos/videos) for potential reposting or marketing use​

At Anime Conclave, we view influencers as valued creative partners who help bring the convention experience to life and connect with our community in meaningful ways.

Influencer partnerships are structured as promotional collaborations and typically do not include travel or lodging. All selected influencers will receive a full VIP experience for both days of the convention, along with opportunities to engage with attendees through content creation and optional programming.

As part of this collaboration, influencers are expected to contribute promotional content leading up to and during the event.

For select creators, additional support or accommodations may be offered based on reach, audience alignment, and overall collaboration scope.
